Pain Neutralization Technique is used as the release technique within the massage to help any tight muscles or aches and pains. This technique doesn't hurt like deep tissue can (and in my opinion is more effective to release the muscles).
We leave 15 minutes between clients to sterilize all surfaces and change all linen. Our appt times do not usually run late.
